What We do

Aim to work with local service providers who work with young people e.g. Youth Service, Youth Offending Service, Leisure Services, Schools, Colleges etc.

Work with local community organisations who support young people e.g. DCYA, DPYA, YMO, Indian/Pakistani/African/West Indian centre(s).

Local youth groups e.g. Normanton Young Guns C.C., Local youth football leagues, various girls groups etc.

We will be working closely with the above to piece together a programme of activities that will seek to engage young people from the area and those referrals from the YIP during term-time and weekends for the remainder of the year.

Working with over 85 young men from various communities in the Normanton/Peartree area.

Working with 70+ young women from the Pakistani, White and African Caribbean communities.

Work with 30+ young people from the YIP list.

Through the half term activity programme, we will be engaging with over 300 young people
